I got OCD and anxiety in the NAVY...?

I'm in the navy, been in over 2 yes. I think I got OCD and I got anxiety. It makes me late for watches and muster. Who should I talk to? Chaplain? What'll happen? Will they discharge me? Under what type? Thnx
