Texting my crush, what should i do?

ive like this girl for awhile now...were not to close ive talk to her a few times in person, had her laughing a bunch tho...she added me on facebook we would talk here and there nothing special...well a couple weeks ago i asked her question about school, she sent me a message that she was deleting her facebook and told me to text her..so i did, we had a small convo about my question...a week later i just mustered the courage to just text her more casual but instead of just saying "hey whats up"...i text her a joke she responded right away we texted all day just teasing each other...now i know this doesn't mean she likes me or anything but atleast im getting closer to her...my question is after this what should i do the last thing i want to do is be creepy or needy...so should i let her text me now or should i wait a couple days...any advice would be great???
