CAN I LEFT HEAVY THINGS WHILE PREGNANT?

Iam 11 weeks pregnant, and I work at a restaurant as a host. I carry this medium size basket that has a lot of menus and lots of caryons its kinda heavy. I picked it up from the ground to a TV Trey it wasnt far from it. Is that bad?
