Does a much older man really want a relationship with a younger woman?

I am 40 and I can tell you right now, that I don't do women under the age of 30. To each his own, but what do I have in common personally with a woman young enough to be my daughter? Women 18-25 may look good, but they aren't good to get with. Once you go beyond 10 years age difference, one starts getting into generational issues between the couple.
