Hello, I'm just an average teenage boy, who, obviously, stays up a long time. on weekdays, i go to bed at an average of 11:30 pm and wake up 6 am or 630 if my alarm doesnt wake me due to my sleepiness. on weekends its 1-4am to bed and 8:30-10:30 am waking up. I sincerely HATE sleeping late, ive tried to muster up my willpower to get to bed, but I have failed an uncountable number of times. HELP! i am sick of this lifestlye! NOTE: NO "PROVEN" METHODS WORK ON ME.....FOR ANYTHING....
