Transferring of domain?

If i transfer a domain from one web host such as godaddy.com to another such as Ipages.com will said domain still have to be renewed at godaddy.com or does all fees transfer to ipages. Also i have many emails via the goddady host site will they also transfer w/ the domain. What fees apply and will i have to repurchase my domain from ipages.
